Mitizi Schawo

Mitzi Schawo is a Mindset Strategist who has worked as an employee development consultant and life coach for over 20 years. Areas of specialization include human resource and employee management, innovative organizational change, and positive mindset expansion. Her experience has been across a multitude of industries including agriculture, corrections, government, oil and gas, and transportation.

Mitzi Schawo received her undergraduate degree in Business Management with emphasis in Human Resources from Colorado State University –Global Campus (2011). She then went on to complete her Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership in Strategic Innovation and Change Management (2014). Mitzi is a graduate of the McNair Scholars Program at the University of Northern Colorado.

Mitzi Schawo is a current member of the Academy of Management and a past member of the Golden Key Society. She is a Veteran of the United States Navy and volunteers for the Veterans Administration in her local area. Additionally, she donates her time to the Autism Society of America.

Currently, Mitzi Schawo is pursuing a Ph.D. in Management through Walden University. Upcoming projects include the anticipated completion of her first book. She currently lives in Denver, Colorado.
